Moving, part two

I am so excited to move! Our new home is bigger, cleaner, and one mile away from our places of employment. We have brand new hardwood floors and a brand new full size washer/dryer set in our finished basement. There is a wood burning fireplace (something that Brenden REALLY wanted) and LOTS of windows (with a view of the Mt). Our current place seems small now as there are boxes everywhere. I've never seen it so messy! Of course, with a new home and a new layout, I really want to shop!

Laura's wish list:
1. Area rug: We haven't had wood floors before so we need something to keep our feeties warm.
2. More chairs: We need more seating so we can have more people over :)
3. A storage bench for the front door (for shoes and little things and more seating)
4. A kitchen chalk board (I love the idea of writing down recipes or lists in chalk)
5. Curtains! Oh my, we have so many more windows!

Too bad we are sooo broke! Maybe I'll open a credit card :)

Aix En Provence

I am dreaming of Aix en Provence today with the warm sun, the sweet sounds of the Marche des Puces, and the smells floating out of the boulangeries and the patissaries.
